What we collect

When you submit a live inquiry, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, project location, material preferences, estimated quantity, and project description. Please do not include payment details or sensitive personal information.

How we use it

We use inquiry details to respond to your request, discuss materials, and prepare a quote. We do not use this form to subscribe you to marketing emails.

Storage and service providers

The live service stores inquiries in Cloudflare D1 and sends an internal notification through Cloudflare Email Service. Cloudflare also hosts the website, provides spam protection through Turnstile, and collects website performance metrics through Web Analytics. These providers may process information outside your country. Inquiry records are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted; emailed copies are reviewed on the same schedule.

Spam protection

To limit automated submissions, the service temporarily stores a hashed network identifier and request count, cleared after one day. The inquiry database does not store your raw IP address.
